Our Head of Property Management Maxine has over 10 years experience in the management of apartments in the CBD and inner city suburbs. This means she has outstanding skills dealing with the sometimes difficult onsite management or hotel management firms that operate in these buildings.
Our contractor management skills are highly developed and we can (for additional fees) offer interior decoration refurbishment or even full renovations. We can provide proven evidence of our capacity in this important area.

Our management team own and operate businesses in residential and commercial construction, property development, Body Corporate management and property sales. This means that if your property manager is unable to deal with a complex or challenging matter, you are assisted by a person in our team who can.
